A very warm welcome to ‘The Holistic Suite’ where I believe in creating the right atmosphere for you, the client – allowing you to relax and unwind in tranquil surroundings and helping you to restore balance to your mind, body and soul. I am passionate about health and well-being and fully qualified and insured in a wide range of holistic and complementary therapies, which enables me to cater for client’s individual needs.I firmly believe in the holistic approach by treating the individual rather than the prevailing symptom and my aim is to look at an individual’s overall physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and encourage the body to find its own balance and natural state. I am a fully qualified and experienced Clinical Reflexologist and registered with Professional Reflexology. I have been trained to the highest level in the UK becoming one of the first students to gain the Centralia Reflexology Level 5 Mastership together with a Level 4 qualification in Anatomy & Physiology. I also completed additional training courses in advanced reflexology techniques for Fertility & Pregnancy, Palliative Care and Musculoskeletal Reflexology to further enhance my skills as a Reflexologist, which enables me to fully support client’s individual needs. I also completed a course in Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi) enabling me to offer a specific reflexology treatment and combine it with Hopi Ear Candling and a facial sinus massage.
