The company philosophy of providing excellent customer service going above and beyond it's competitors meant that within an 8 month period, the company was able to open its second office in Quedgeley. Since then the company has continued to expand with a total of six Estate Agency offices in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, a survey operation that covers the Southwest region from South Wales across to the Midlands and as far south as Devon and Cornwall.

In 2004 Steve and Stuart were joined by fellow Director, Leon Broady to further expand its Financial Services channel, this has continued at some pace and now has in excess of thirty Mortgage Advisors again covering the Southwest region from the Midlands down to Devon and Cornwall.

In 2009 the company expanded into the Lettings market and has mirrored it's Estate Agency operation in coverage and customer service to landlords and tenants alike.
