The Thames Club

In addition to our state of the art gym and class programme spanning over 100 classes, we have a 20 metre indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi for our members’ enjoyment. Our comfortable coffee lounge serves delicious hot and cold snacks and lunches. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the club. We have three fitness studios including a dedicated Mind and Body Studio and unique multi-level Spinning Studio, offering over 100 exercise classes a week. A spacious, state of the art air conditioned gym complete with Technogym equipment along with a full range of functional training equipment and plenty of gym-based circuits and activities to suit all tastes. We have a dedicated team of Personal Trainers who all offer different areas of expertise designed to help members achieve their fitness goals.
