The Yoga Being

Since 2010 Lisa has completed two Hatha yoga training programs, experienced living in Yasodhara ashram in Canada, studied Elemental Yoga Therapy, Yoga for the Special Child and completed her Pregnancy Yoga training in 2017. This year she will be studying Children's Yoga to enable her to offer a wide range of classes in the community. Lisa's main intention is to make her space available to everybody, so has been growing a variety of yoga styles by recruiting a wonderful team of teachers/therapists, from all different trainings and backgrounds. Lisa will continue this growth of both the studio and the community at The Yoga Being, as her deep passion for Yoga forever deepens.
