The Yoga Spot

The Yoga Spot is the essential destination for yoga and complementary therapies in the heart of Aberdeen offering Ashtanga yoga, power yoga, pregnancy yoga and beginners yoga classes. A unique, friendly and intimate studio conveniently located in Aberdeen's west end not far from Bridge of Dee. The warm, bright studio is calm and tranquil, where you will feel at home the moment you walk through the door. We offer a range of yoga classes and workshops suitable for people of all ages and abilities.

Individual yoga tuition is also available. Classes are "drop-in" and there is no need to book. Please do check our timetable and events pages for updates. Please note that the studio is only open when classes are running. Our teachers are generally there at least 15 minutes prior to class start times, so if you arrive early please don't be alarmed if the door is locked!
