How we work. At our first meeting we will discuss your general financial situation, and seek to establish your needs and requirements. Unless your enquiry is very specific (e.g. you simply need to find a mortgage) we do not normally make any firm recommendations during this first meeting. Instead we will write a report which will detail our conclusions and then at a subsequent meeting we will go through this report with you so that you can see our conclusions and how we have reached them.
