This can be very reassuring for women on their own, elderly people or relatives of elderly customers. Working as a one-man operation also allows me to keep my costs low, passing on these savings to my customers. Over my years working as a plumber, many customers have told me how awkward they feel having workmen in their home. Because of this, I am very conscious of making my customers feel at ease while I work. I will even take the time to sit down for a chat and cup of tea (optional and unpaid of course!) after the job is done.

This way, you will feel comfortable if you ever need to call me out again - like meeting up with an old friend! Your home is not a building site and I won't treat it as one. As I work, I am very respectful of your home, making sure I don't leave dirty footprints or any other kind of mess. I am very loyal to my regular customers and build up a strong relationship with them.
