Following 3 years as an Associate in various practices in the UK, including Leytonstone, as well as Maidavale in West London, Paul opened his own practice in 1990, "Rosary Cottage Dental Clinic" in Hounslow, West London.

The practice has gone through a total refurbishment in 2013 to enable patients to have their treatment with comfort. It is now equipped with latest state of the art dental equipments which has enabled the surgery to provide more sophisticated dental services like Tooth-whitening, Laser Tooth-whitening and advance root canal treatments.
