Total Body Works

In 2010 I started my business Total Body Works, which while still having my flying career decided to take off itself! August 2012 I hung up my wings to concentrate on the business and it has grown steadily since.I am now a 2nd year student at Bournemouth University studying the BSc (Hons) Degree Physiotherapy, to which I will qualify in 2020.The treatments I offer are Sports Massage, Holistic Massage, Reflexology, Ultra Sound Therapy, Kinesiology Taping and Thermal Auricular Therapy. I am also a level 2 fitness coach and am fully qualified in Sports First Aid.When you book an appointment a comprehensive consultation will be conducted to establish your expectations from the treatments. For specific injuries, postural analysis and range of movement tests will be carried out to isolate the injury so that the correct treatment plan can be carried out. Any underlying medical conditions will be discussed and may require GP approval before treatments can commence (see GP Referral section).
