Total Martial Arts

This full-contact sport adopts Kick-Punch- Takedown/grapple techniques taken from a blend of styles such as Muay thai boxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu jitsu, taekwando, karate and judo, with clinching, grappling and wrestling.

With the growing popularity of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), Mixed Martial Arts classes are the fastest growing in the Martial Arts business. More and more people are taking up Martial Arts to learn this exciting, modern system in order to improve their fitness get in great shape, increase strength and endurance plus gain confidence with self defence.

At TMA we are proud to be the first Martial Arts school in Wiltshire to teach MMA and have done since 2001. Our program is structured through the CSW (Combat Submission Wrestling) curriculum founded by MMA pioneer, competitor and now UFC coach, Eric Paulson. Sifu Antony Child holds the only CSW coach qualification in Wiltshire and trains directly under Mr Paulson.
