Tower Employment Services (Blackburn)

In August 2009 Peter Rawlings joined the company. Peter was the company's business manager with its bankers and saw the potential the business had. He suggested franchising to allow the business to grow even further and in 2009 Tower Employment Services Limited was formed to allow for this expansion. Paul and Peter are joint directors with Peter having responsibility for sales operations and the general day to day running of the business. Paul is responsible for all financial aspects of the business.

Today the company has expanded into other areas of the recruitment and Jobs market and now supply a range of services including Industrial, Professional, Commercial, Hospitality and Skilled Tradesmen whilst still retaining and growing its core business of Transport and Logistics Staff The company also supplies staff on a Temporary or Permanent arrangement.
