Trenhams is an independent local business established in Scarborough since 1986 by Mick Trenham and over the past thirty years has grown to become a respected business within the body repair industry, not just locally, but also on a national level. Mick originally started out in the industry painting cars at the age of 15 in Doncaster. At age 19, Mick moved to Scarborough to work for main car dealers within the town. In 1986 at the age of 32, Mick took the decision to become self-employed and create his own business starting from premises in Wrea Lane, Scarborough. Mick’s reputation for quality and attention to detail grew and the business moved to the current site on Salisbury Street in 2002. As a testament to Mick’s success and work ethos the business has grown to become an employer of 19 highly skilled staff. Trenhams strives to ensure staff undergo continuous training and are equipped with the latest and best equipment available for vehicle repairs.
