Started in the recruitment industry as a Branch Administrator in 1986 and worked for a selection of Birmingham based agencies. After 7 successful years building the branch Traci decided to move on and created The recruitment initiative Ltd in October 2001. Over 20 years experience in recruitment supplying temporary, contract, interim and permanent staff, areas covered: commercial office, HR, sales and marketing, accountancy and finance, legal and customer service.

A wealth of experience in managing national contracts and adhoc business. Laura is an enthusiastic member of the team, who will work alongside Traci and Emma developing Tri's recruitment function and enhancing our Marketing and Social Media Communications. Laura understands the nature of recruitment, she is motivated by exceeding clients and candidates expectations and the success this brings.
