TSX Taekwon-do

Our martial arts clubs teach traditional ITF Tae Kwon Do focusing on self defence, fitness and sparring. The TSX group is far reaching with a central hub of clubs in the areas of Keighley, Halifax, Skipton and Bradford. We cater for children aged 4 and upwards, and also have dedicated Adult classes - our classes are tailored and varied to everyone's strengths and weaknesses to help make you the very best you can be!

Taekwondo classes focus on hand and foot work on punch pads and kick shields, sparring, traditional line work, drills, HIIT training as well as self defence and destruction. The benefits of learning Tae Kwon-Do are far reaching and not only will it improve your fitness but it will also help with your state of mind, giving you an overall balance and it's a great way to release stress!
