The owners Rob and Kaye Kilsby are actively involved with the settings and work with the Area Manager Michelle Gascoigne to ensure all staff and children receive the best opportunities to continuously thrive and maintain the high quality care they would expect for their own children giving parents peace of mind when leaving their child. All of the settings are well equipped, having all been refurbished in the last twelve months, and all children have access to a well resourced outdoor area on a daily basis. Staff are trained to an exceptionally high level and well above what is legally required by Ofsted, they share our philosophy and ethos in creating a homely environment and have exceptional knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage. We always try to be leading lights in the childcare sector and recently we became the only local nursery chain to achieve the prestigious Millies Mark in every setting and also introduced state of the art digital learning journals so parents and carers can interact and be totally involved in their child’s progress at Nursery.
