Originally a family run business, the John Reynolds Group Ltd merged with another established specialist broker, UK Credit Insurance Specialists Ltd, and was re-named to become Acumen Credit Insurance Brokers Ltd in 2016. December 2017 saw the completion of the acquisition of Henderson Insurance Broking Group (including Acumen Credit Insurance Brokers) by Aon, the leading international credit insurance broker. The business now not only has local offices in Manchester, Marlow, Sheffield, London and Leeds with support from another 14 offices of Henderson Insurance Brokers Ltd but as part of Aon we have the advantage of access to the full breadth and depth of Aon’s global resource and capabilities.
