I am Accredited BACP Counselling Psychotherapist and a registered member of the United Kingdom of Counselling Psychotherapist (UKRCP), based in Brent and in the City of London. I am also a registered provider for a number of private health insurance companies and can provide counselling and therapy to their members.

As an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist, NLP Practitioner-Coach and Hypnotherapist. I work one-to-one with adults and children experiencing physical and emotional health problems and; struggling with challenges in your life on a strictly confidential basis.

I use both traditional and modern therapeutic methods to focus on addressing the unconscious mind. Our subconscious mind governs every experience we have; our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and life situations. Understanding and taking control of this aspect of our mind allows us to overcome difficulties, giving you the choice to remove, change or create what you want in any aspect of your health and life.
