Owner and founder of Vintage Car Radiator Company, Robert Smith learnt his trade as a Mechanical Engineer working for many years with the Ministry of Defence. Before honing his knowledge of vintage car radiators and a dedication for exceptionally high standards as well as a tenacity for producing quality work. The Vintage Car Radiator Company was founded in 1998 and are proud to be called market leaders in the manufacture and restoration of vintage car radiators and components to the highest possible standards of craftsmanship, authenticity and cooling efficiency. We pride ourselves on our ability to re-create the focal point of many different makes and models. Our ever increasing range has grown over the years and now means we are able to manufacture 26 different patterns of original equipment cores as well as our complete new radiator units. Due to the demands of our customers the Vintage Car Radiator Company has, thanks to the depth of in-house engineering, been able to diversify into associated radiator components such as caps, stoneguards, trunnion rubbers, and even further afield into the manufacture of fuel tanks and latterly vintage aircraft radiators and cores.
