For new build properties we offer a Snagging List Survey. The company also undertakes commercial property valuation and advisory work. All surveyors are specialists in their field and Directors have worked for many years in their geographical areas to provide good local knowledge. Vospers has vast local knowledge of properties in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex and parts of Kent. We operate largely, but not exclusively, in Farnham, Fleet, Camberley, Basingstoke, Alton and Farnborough from the Farnham office and from Horsham our area of operation includes Crawley, Haywards Heath, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells etc.. Reading office also operates within a 20 mile radius of the town retaining our local surveyor ethos.
