Ian Walrond, FRICS qualified in 1975 and trained with a number of specialist firms in London, prior to becoming Building Surveying Partner of an old established City of London firm until 1986. During that time Ian gained a wide experience of varied building types and acted for private Clients, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and religious and educational institutions.
