During this time we have secured regular contract works with well known businesses such as William Hill Bookmakers, British Telecom, ISS,Cargill Meats Europe, Heineken, Carillion Enterprise and Sodexo to name a few. We are very proud of the fact that so many of our customers continually show their trust in us by returning to West Mercia when they require additional work and services. Our Service and Maintenance Department is managed by Matt Wood, who will offer a bespoke Maintenance Contract to suit your needs. You can rest assured that any breakdowns or issues will be dealt with efficiently and effectively by Matt and our dedicated team of engineers. Whilst some businesses sub-contract work, which can often end in problems where you are left to pick up the pieces, we strongly believe in working with directly employed, fully trained engineers. This enables us to carefully oversee the standard of work. Our continued growth is due to our dedicated team and their design expertise, quality of workmanship, high level of service (before, during and after installation) and ability to complete on time within set programmes.
