After practising as a chartered surveyor in Sussex for more than 45 years, I have decided to retire from private practice. I would like to take the opportunity to thank the many friends and clients that I have had the pleasure of working with over the years. The Residential Property Tribunal Service is the public body that can decide many Rent and Leasehold disputes.

It provides a fair, unbiased service used by thousands of Landlords, Tenants and Leaseholders every year. I will also remain on the Executive Committee of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association.
