The Practice is Regulated by the RICS and all the qualified professional staff are Registered Valuers. Some partners are also members of the Compulsory Purchase Association, the Agricultural Law Association, Arbrix, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The nature of the work undertaken by the firm very often requires liaison and co-operation with other professional disciplines. Consequently the firm enjoys sound working relationships with many firms of solicitors, accountants, planning, highways, engineering and environmental consultants, as well as Barristers’ Chambers, both in the North West and nationally.
