If monitoring is required, we install and maintain high grade BT Redcare equipment which communicates with our monitoring station 24/7; if your alarm is activated, the monitoring station is immediately contacted with information on the type of activation, and keyholders or the police will be actioned. Such equipment sends signals via a BT landline and over the mobile data network, ensuring that there will be no interruptions in the connection.
