All of our same day deliveries are tracked and the proof of delivery (with signature capture) is emailed to our customers on completion of the job. To help ensure transparency every week, we also send a separate detailed POD report to our customers which provides them with a month-to-date booking history. This report is comprehensive and includes details such as references and costs. (see example opposite) Your goods are as important to us as they are to you and your clients, so they get the minimum handling and once collected get delivered by the same person. Through experience we are able to choose which international supplier we feel is best for which region of the world. This enables us to compete favourably in terms of transit times and price with many of the more cooperate larger International courier companies yet whilst still maintaining a more personal customer orientated service.
