Yoga has touched my life so profoundly; it's a way of life and a therapeutic support mentally and physically that I want to share. There is nobody I know who wouldn't benefit from being more present, having a greater sense of calm, clarity and ultimately a greater sense of contentment in life. The teachings I follow and take great care to transmit offer postural, breathing, meditation, visualization, using sounds and mental work for the balance and health of body and mind via progressive practice, fair effort, relaxation and particular attention to our actions.

This will lead to freedom. 2015: Certified Holistic Massage Therapist accredited by the Guild of Beauty & Holistic Therapists. 2012-2014: 500 hour Yoga Teaching Training Programme including the study of Yoga Philosophy and Psychology, the application of Yoga postures and breathing, anatomy & physiology, kinesiology & pathology, educational theory, practice and course planning.
