Nikki is a fully accredited Mindfulness for Health & Stress teacher having trained with ‘Breathworks’, who are specialists in pain and stress management. She has presented, consulted and led workshops in a variety of companies and organisations, including The British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (NHS), Oxford Health NHS Trust, Daylesford Organics, Facebook Marketing team (International), The Ditchly Park Foundation and Soho Farmhouse. Nikki runs 6 month Modular Teacher Training courses in Yoga Therapy for the British Wheel of Yoga. She is also running a 6 month personal development training modular course for The British Wheel of Yoga. She is widely experienced in helping clients from diverse backgrounds manage the effects of acute and long term stress on the body & mind. She has worked as a Senior Occupational Therapist in physical and mental health and has extensive experience in the NHS and private sector. She has worked in forensic psychiatry, acute mental health, neurology, paediatrics and social services. She also spent three years as a Yoga Therapy consultant for an Occupational Health Department within the NHS.
