Yoga Moksha

For those of you who are just testing the Yoga-waters, we would like to say this: First off, you don't need to look a certain way, or be able to bend yourself into looking like a pretzel to be able to do yoga. Your yoga journey begins where you are at this point in time and can be tailored to fit you.

To begin with just enjoy your new practice and the positive effect it has on your mind and body. Be content with learning how to achieve the basics before getting bogged down in the big dramatic poses (Asana).
