Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing science. It sees every person having a unique constitution which can either be in a state of balance (health) or imbalance (disease). Ayurvedic healing includes diet, lifestyle, yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. Group yoga classes with Mark in Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare which are open to all and you simply pay as you go. Furthermore I teach at a variety of local Health Clubs including the Club at Cadbury House in Congresbury, Nuffield Health in Weston-super mare, and Body Management in Clevedon all of which require either club membership or you pay as a guest.
