Thomas & Belinda Franklin first began yoga in 1999 on opposite sides of the world. They met in Belinda's home country, Australia, at a yoga class on the Gold Coast in 2005, they have followed a journey of yoga together ever since and were married in Australia, December 2012.

They became Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers, with an Introductory Level 2 Certificate in 2011, after training for two years at the Bath Iyengar Yoga Centre, with Senior Iyengar Yoga Teachers Richard & Kirsten Agar-Ward.

Prior to this, they trained under Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher Glenn Ceresoli, first meeting him in Australia 2005. In 2008 Thomas & Belinda undertook Glenn's two month Intensive Yoga Teacher Training before moving to Wales, Thomas's home country. Here they continued training with Glenn Ceresoli on retreats in Italy 2009, India 2010 and workshops in Bristol, UK, while also training for the Iyengar Certification in Bath.
