Yoga With Anita

Standing strong by the notion that 'Yoga is for everyone', I teach yoga to people of all ages, with a good dose of kind-hearted spirit.

Training initially in India in the Sivananda style, I have since completed specialist training in Children's yoga with Jo Manuel of The Special Yoga Centre and in Pregnancy yoga with Francoise Freedman of Birthlight. My good friend and mentor, Rozy Kalliabetsos has guided me through the Anusara principles of alignment over the last few years, and has ensured that I continue to think, question and learn, on my yoga journey.

I have a special interest in the anatomy of the body and yoga therapy, exploring specific movements and ways to release tension to alleviate specific ailments. I often work with adults and children with learning developmental needs. Fully CRB checked and trained in first aid.
