Lucia Berdondini is an Italian Gestalt psychotherapist and a yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for the past 30 years and she has been a yoga teacher for more than 20 years. She started studying yoga in Florence, where she is from, in 1983, when she was only 17 years old, with Diane Long.
Diane was a pupil of Vanda Scaravelli for 23 years and has herself developed and deepened yoga, over the years. Diane has been a wonderful teacher and Lucia’s practice has without any doubt been influenced by her and by Vanda.
