Yogacare

I have been practicing yoga for twenty years and decided a decade ago to make yoga my life and start teaching yoga. TRAINING: I have travelled India extensively and studied under yoga teachers from different traditions. I undertook my yoga teacher training and my Advanced Yoga Diploma at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in India. I am now a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance UK. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by the Yoga Alliance UK. I am also qualified in massage as well as in Diet & Nutrition and Yoga for Pregnancy.

WORK: I undertake a lot of healing yoga work with support groups for victims and survivors of the Troubles in Northern Ireland; I also specialise in yoga for adults and children with physical or learning disabilities as well as doing work with mental health groups. I run Yogadventurers for children and Yoga Teens and am currently writing a series of yoga adventure books for children.
