Whether you simply want some time away because the pressures of ‘normal’ life’ are taking their toll, or you seek a more focussed style retreat with yoga, guided relaxation, plant based food workshops and, or even a detox, we welcome you to spend time with us. Mark and I moved to this special place to fulfil our dream and offer small group and individual retreats or alternative holidays where guests can enjoy the healing power of nature and of home grown seasonal produce. We have a number of complementary qualifications between us to enhance your experience or help you rebalance or move forward if wanted. As we are first and foremost a retreat centre we are able to offer stays of varying lengths. So although we offer two night retreats to fit round the usual working week, you can alway extend your stay.
