Yumi Yoga

Our classes are designed to be suitable for all levels of ability and are structured in such a way that anyone who steps onto the mat can learn and benefit from the practice. We teach from the heart, drawing from our own experiences of yoga; both as students and as teachers.

We offer regular weekly yoga classes in Greenwich and the surrounding areas. Our timetable includes a range of open level Dynamic Flow classes and specialist Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga classes. This includes Pregnancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing Courses, Birth Preparation Workshops, Baby Yoga, Baby Massage & Mother and Baby Yoga. Private 1-2-1 Tuition, Corporate Yoga Classes & Gift Vouchers are also available.
